At RichXtop, we ensure that every order is shipped quickly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery options, estimated times, fees, and procedures to keep you fully informed about your purchase.

📦 1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🇬🇧 2. Shipping Within the United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional fee may apply)

  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders over £50. A flat rate of £3.95 applies to orders under £50.

All UK orders include tracking information, sent to your email once dispatched.

🌍 3. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

At the moment, RichXtop ships only within the UK.
International shipping options will be introduced in the near future. Stay tuned!

📫 4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number and link to monitor delivery status

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues quickly.

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date

  • Send photos if the package is damaged

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation
