🔄 Refund & Returns Policy – RichXtop

At RichXtop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


🕰️ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Custom-engraved or special edition watches

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable)


🔁 3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@richxtop.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


💸 4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to our error


🔄 5. Exchanges

Need a different model or want to exchange a gift? Contact our support team, and we’ll help arrange an exchange if the product is eligible and in stock.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the damage or issue

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
